(She/her) I'm a mindful yoga teacher who helps highly sensitive people make space in their lives for self-care. I’m on a mission to co-create a more inclusive world. My core values are empathy, integrity, equity and respect. Since 2002, I’ve supported thousands of yoga students internationally.
In this small group, we will move, stretch, and breathe together and release tension through rolling on gentle self-massage balls. I'll support you with personal attention and customization for your unique needs, so that you feel nourished and supported.
