Hi, I'm Kate Lynch (she/her), a therapeutic yoga teacher who helps highly sensitive, empathetic people make space in their lives for self-care. I began teaching yoga and cultivating community in 2002, hoping to relieve some of the suffering in the world. Since then I've shared the tools that help me find joy, healing and calm in the face of self-doubt, pain and anxiety.
My little neurodiverse family lives in a magical land called Brooklyn.
I founded The Compassion Club to give you a soft landing where you can breathe, move, and heal in community. The membership is founded on my core values: empathy, integrity, equity, and respect.
