Hi, I'm Kate Lynch (she/her), a somatic mindfulness coach on a mission to create a more inclusive future. Since 2002, I've supported thousands of highly sensitive, empathetic people to make space in their lives for self-care so that they can avoid burnout. 

My little neurodiverse family lives in a magical land called Brooklyn.
