Gentle somatic movement for sensitive people who need sustainable self-care.
In this small group, we will move, stretch, and flow together. I'll support you with personal attention and customization for your unique needs, so that you feel nourished and supported.
"A group of mom friends and I were just talking about your yoga class… saying that we’ve all been to ones that were supposed to be judgment free but that yours was the first one we actually felt that to be true."
-Megan C.
"I’ve really loved your classes. They are the perfect amount of strength, stretch and emotional support. Just incredible. It’s made such a difference in my life... I’m not sure if I want people to find out how good you are."
-Polly W.
“With Kate, you’ll be in really good hands, and feel comfortable. Her approach is soothing, while still getting right to the work. She’s very knowledgeable, and has a way of teaching acceptance with gentleness, curiosity, and compassion.”

Hi, I'm Kate!
(she/her) I'm a somatic yoga teacher on a mission to create a kinder, more inclusive future. My core values are empathy, integrity, equity and respect.
Since 2002, I’ve supported thousands of yoga students internationally, and I want to support you!
Widely known for my compassionate, nonjudgmental approach, I help highly sensitive empaths feel more joy and calm so they can avoid burnout.
Here at Kate Lynch Yoga, we believe that social justice & trauma-informed practices are intrinsic to yoga. In small groups, I'll give you tons of personal attention and help you feel nourished and supported.
We'll move and breathe together and practice simple calming tools you can apply to your life no matter how chaotic it is.
"I love Kate's classes for the way they make me feel - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I often experience patterns of anxiety and worry. Putting all my attention into the way I am moving and breathing disrupts those patterns."
-Sarah B.
"Your classes have helped me to walk through the muddy sorrow. I've needed someone I trust to hold space for me by creating a sanctuary."
-Eva W.
