Gentle somatic movement, self-massage and balancing for sensitive people who are tired of postponing their self-care. 

In this small group, we will move, stretch, and balance together, and release tension by rolling on gentle self-massage balls. I'll support you with personal attention and customization for your unique needs, so that you feel nourished and supported.

Hi, I'm Kate! 

(she/her) I'm a somatic mindfulness coach on a mission to create a more inclusive future. My core values are empathy, integrity, equity and respect. Since 2002, I’ve supported thousands of yoga students internationally. 

Here at Kate Lynch Yoga, we believe that social justice & trauma-informed practices are intrinsic to yoga. In small groups, I can give you tons of personal attention and help you feel nourished and supported. 

We'll move and breathe together and practice simple calming tools that you can apply to your life no matter how chaotic it is. 

I was born and raised in NYC and am so glad to be able to offer in-person classes here in Brooklyn again.
