Hi, I'm Kate!
"Moving my body always makes things better for me. I have anxiety, and the tools that you give us, whether it's through breath or movement or mindset, help me deal with that.”
-Meghan W.
I’m a mindful yoga teacher who is on a mission to co-create a more inclusive world. Since 2002, I’ve supported thousands of people internationally with self-compassion and mindfulness practices, so they can feel more ease and joy. I’m a cycle-breaker, an empath, and a vagus nerd.
My little neurodiverse family lives in a magical land called Brooklyn.
I founded The Compassion Club to give you a soft landing where you can breathe, move, and heal. In this community you’ll be gently guided to become more present and courageous in your life and relationships.

JOIN SPRING REVIVE YOGA FREE"The online group has had so many benefits for me. To be able to practice in my own home brings me such comfort. To share this class with others has been therapeutic. I can be much more "involved" with the class because I feel uninhibited in my private space. Kate is an amazing teacher, guide, and friend. Her depth of knowledge about her craft is extensive. Her level of compassion for her students, as well as for the world, is inspiring."
-Kathryn H.
" I joined Kate's class with trepidation. My previous yoga experiences left me feeling like I wasn't getting it. These classes help me slow down and take care of myself. The best thing that happens is I fall asleep at the end. This is an incredible feeling. When I wake up I feel so at peace.
Honestly it's just the most wonderful feeling.
It doesn't happen every class, but when it does I consider it a success."
-Kasia N.
