Hi, I'm Kate!

(She/her) I'm a mindful yoga teacher who's on a mission to create a more inclusive world. 

Since 2002, I’ve supported thousands of highly sensitive, empathetic, and neurodivergent people internationally. 

My little neurodiverse family lives in a magical land called Brooklyn.

I founded The Compassion Club to give you a soft landing where you can breathe, move, and heal. In this community you’ll be gently guided to become more present and courageous in your life and relationships.
