  2. ADJUST THE YOGA POSES SO THEY'RE ACCESSIBLE TO YOUR BODY NOW
  3. DESIGN A PERSONAL TOOLKIT TO HELP ADAPT YOUR YOGA PRACTICE 

You'll receive customized notes. We can even make a video. Armed with your new tools, you'll be able to confidently take care of your body in your favorite yoga class. 

 

  • This session isn't going to fix you, because you’re not broken. 

  • It's not a full-body workout, it's a targeted session.

  • It is not medical advice or physical therapy.

I'll help you listen to your body with more care, and show you variations you may not have thought to try. 

How it works:

  • You’ll tell me all about your joint pain in an intake form.

  • We’ll meet 1-1 on Zoom for 20 minutes to learn multiple pose variations.

  • I’ll follow up with your recommendations. You'll try them, then send me feedback and questions.
