"How can I bring mindfulness into my daily life?"
Find a sliver of space, a pause.
A moment, to honor the part of yourself that is wise, loving. Honest. Present. And peaceful.
Settle into silence and stillness. As you immerse yourself in this silence, this stillness, have an experience of the value of it and consider how you can make a little bit more space in your daily life. By having daily moments of quiet, being alright with the uncertainty, being alright with not doing, we're allowing our enteric nervous system time and space to digest.
It can give us a little more clarity, more groundedness, and less need to jump in and do. Ask, "Am I doing out of habit or to avoid, or is this something that I really want to do or really need to do?"
Looking at this week, or this day, ask, "Where in my life could I quiet quit, turn down the noise, give myself space to metabolize all the input?" "How can I bring mindfulness into my daily life?"

Meditation Video: Start Your Week Mindfully by Honoring the Part of You That is Wise
Kate: I have faith in you that you can find a sliver of space, like a little notch that you could wedge in. A pause. A moment, to honor this part of yourself that is wise, loving. Honest. Present. And peaceful.
I'll invite you to settle into silence and stillness. I'll be quiet for a few minutes.

for a pause,
for quiet.
By having daily moments of quiet, being alright with the uncertainty, being alright with not doing, we're allowing our enteric nervous system time and space to digest.
It can give us a little more clarity, more groundedness, and less need to jump in and do. To pause just long enough to check in with:
Am I doing out of habit or to avoid, or is this something that I really want to do or really need to do?
Looking at this week or this day, where in my life could I quiet quit, turn down the noise, give myself space to metabolize all the input.
