We were in the Western Catskills this past week and it was 80 degrees.
It was so dry that the landscape seemed post-apocalyptic. I was afraid all the trees were going to keel over and blow away, and honestly a lot of trees are down even though there was barely any heavy snow there this past winter. I heard there have been a lot of brush fires too.
The pond was icy cold and refreshing, but low AF. (YUP, Ocean and I took the plunge every morning!)
Global warming is here. Rather than spiral down, I need to take action. It won't fix everything, but I know one thing we can do:
Plant trees.
I'm not literally going to, but I can raise money for someone who will. Earth Day is coming up and I'd love for you to join me for a special class in her honor, and yours. Practice grounding yoga, touching the earth meditation, ritual to honor the earth, deep rest and renewal. ALL donations will go to plant trees!
You're invited to join me and members of The Compassion Club for a special 2 hour online Earth Day retreat to restore and renew.
Saturday, April 22. 11-1 Eastern time, online via Zoom. Practice grounding yoga, touching the earth meditation, ritual to honor the earth, deep rest and renewal.
ALL donations will go to plant trees!
The movement flow feels wonderful and integrative. It's an opportunity to receive guidance from my intuition and feel a deep connection to my body and soul... Foster connection to nature, community and self.
Retreat donations will all go towards tree planting efforts to help keep the planet cool.
Join now to honor the earth and ground yourself.
Stop Walking On Eggshells!
